The Buford softball program split a pair of games, losing the first game to South Forsyth 3-1 in nine innings, then beat Milton 9-5 in Game 2 Saturday at Buford. In the final game of the day, the Lady Wolves had two-run homers by Samantha Thomas and Drew Puckett in the first inning, building a 4-0 lead. Thomas also had a solo home run in the third inning, and finished the game with three hits.
