The Johnson Lady Knights started off their volleyball season by splitting matches with Prince Avenue Christian and Cedar Shoals on Thursday in Bogart. Kasey Gravitt recorded a pair of aces for Johnson (1-1) in a loss to Prince Avenue 26-19, 25-23. The Lady Knights bounced back to defeat Cedar Shoals 25-19, 25-14, and Kelly Chance and Cassie McDonald each notched five aces in the win.
