ATHENS — Gainesville High rising junior Spencer Ralston has qualified for the U.S. Junior Amateur Championship for the second year in a row. He earned the second of four spots on the line at University of Georgia Golf Course with a two-round score of 3-under 139 as the qualifier wrapped up Tuesday. Steven Fisk of Stockbridge had a 138 to lock in the first qualifying slot.
