University of Georgia kicker Blair Walsh has been named the Southeastern Conference Player of the Week for his performance against Tennessee last Saturday.

The senior was 2 for 2, with a long of 35 yards, and made two extra points.

On the season, Walsh is 6 of 12 with a long of 56 yards against Coastal Carolina and currently ranks third on the Bulldogs all-time scoring list.

Georgia (4-2. 3-1 SEC) travels to Nashville to take on Vanderbilt (3-2, 1-2) at 7 p.m. Saturday.
