The 11th-ranked North Georgia College & State University women’s soccer team scored six goals in the first half in an 8-2 win over Carson-Newman College on Wednesday in Jefferson City, Tenn. Caroline Wallace scored the first goal of the game for North Georgia (6-0), just over 8 minutes into the match. Sophia Matonak, Kayla Croom, Cicely Taliaferro, Kelsey Martin and Mackenzie Robbins all scored for the Lady Saints before the half.
