Registration is open for the Robert Sapp Baseball Camp, scheduled for 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. May 30-June 3 at the Hog Mountain Sports Complex in Flowery Branch. 

The camp is open for kids 6-15. 

Sapp, the former baseball coach at Middle Georgia College at the University of Georgia, has conducted camps for the past 40 years. 

Twenty-one former players for Sapp have gone on to play in the majors, while more than 100 of his players have signed professional contracts. 

The camps will feature baseball and softball fundamentals, game competitions, videos, motivational and instructional lectures, and demonstrations. 

The cost for the camps is $145 per player. A discount of $10 is applied for five or more players from one spring/summer league or travel team.
