Quarterback Drew Whitfield had two touchdowns on 9-yard runs and 14 carries for 97 yards for Commerce in a 28-14 victory over East Jackson on Friday at Commerce High School.

Terrick Ramsey had 5 carries for 80 yards and scored on a 65-yard run for the Tigers.

Quay Little scored the other touchdown for Commerce (2-0) on a 33-yard run. Jamal Browner recorded 98 yards on 20 carries.

The Tigers tallied 373 yards rushing and 96 yards passing for 470 yards of total offense compared to 130 total for East Jackson.

Commerce faces Banks County next week in Commerce.
