Darrian Smith scored first on a 5-yard run. Then Vadal Alexander sacked Clarkston's quarterback for a safety in the first quarter.
Wolves senior quarterback Sam Clay connected with Paris Head and Ryan Dillard for 35-yard and 15-yard touchdown passes, respectively.
Head had a 65-yard punt return for a touchdown before Rick Legrant had a 70-yard touchdown run to close out the first quarter.
In the second quarter, Sam Reynolds returned an interception for 47 yards and a score. Dontravious Wilson then scored on a 65-yard touchdown run.
The Wolves had only 12 plays from scrimmage in the first half and headed to the locker room at halftime ahead 51-0.
Dontravious Wilson scored next on a 65-yard run, then Ryan Mack did the same from 4 yards out.
The Buford defense held Clarkston to 18 yards rushing and 48 yards of total offense.
The Wolves (8-0, 2-0 Region 6-AA) are off next week before hosting Class AA No. 3 Greater Atlanta Christian on Oct. 14.
