I have a question for the Hall County Police Department:Do any of the roads get monitored at night to try and catch these people who are disposing of their car trash and yes many times complete bags of trash? This crime just seems to be getting worse. I believe a couple of evenings monitoring Hopewell Church off Thompson Bridge would be an easy catch.
