Rite Aid pharmacy damaged in fire to reopen on Monday

The Rite Aid pharmacy in Dahlonega that was damaged by a deliberately set fire March 2 will reopen Monday.

The store at 566 E. Main St. suffered heavy smoke and water damage after the blaze, which officials said was set by a disgruntled customer. The pharmacy still served customers from a mobile unit on the site since the fire.

The store’s hours are 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. weekdays, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturdays and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sundays.

Rite Aid Corp. is one of the nation’s leading drugstore chains with nearly 4,900 stores in 31 states and the District of Columbia.
