Two people were killed in a wreck Friday morning on US 129/Cleveland Highway in North Hall, according to authorities. Christine Washington, 51, and Cristobal Cruz Sanchez, 66, both of Gainesville, died in the wreck. The highway was shut down in both directions but has since reopened.
