The Gainesville Police Department is continuing its investigation into the armed robbery that occurred March 12 at the Waffle House on Pentee Drive. During the robbery, three black males entered the business. One of them brandished a handgun and demanded cash from the clerk.

The suspects left the scene in a white passenger car with an undisclosed amount of cash. No one was injured during the robbery.

The suspects are described as in their early 20s and tall with slender builds.

A composite picture has been completed, right, of one suspect, who wore a red hooded sweatshirt. No description of the other suspects is available.
