No charges for taxi driver who struck 4-year-old in street

A 4-year-old girl was walking with her mother on Holland Avenue when she was struck by a taxi and broke her leg, according to authorities. No charges will be filed in the crash involving 4-year-old Genessi Hernandez, who was walking with her mother eastbound on the shoulder of Holland Avenue in Gainesville.
