With the new flag waving above Browns Bridge Road, Sheriff Gerald Couch cut the ribbon in front of the new headquarters “suitable for the Hall County of today and for the Hall County of tomorrow.” “This is a far cry from 610 Main St.,” state Sen. Butch Miller, R-Gainesville, said of the new headquarters compared to its previous location. Sheriff’s Office deputies and fellow members of Hall County government gathered Tuesday afternoon for the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new headquarters on Browns Bridge Road.
