BY JEFF GILL jgill@gainesvilletimes.com Motorists should again expect delays today on Ga. 53/Dawsonville Highway as filming for “Goosebumps,” a movie starring Jack Black, takes place in Hall, Forsyth and Jackson counties. “They did not get done what they needed to (Wednesday) because of technical difficulties,” said Georgia Department of Transportation spokeswoman Teri Pope. Traffic again will be slowed on Ga. 53 from Lake Ranch Court to Marina Drive in Hall, including the bridge over the Chattahoochee River; and Ga. 53 between Dogwood Path in Forsyth and Little Hall Road at Little Hall Park in Hall, including the bridge over the Chestatee River.
