The victim of a fatal single-vehicle accident early Sunday on Cleveland Highway has been identified as a Gainesville man. Juan Rodriguez, 36, was identified by the state medical examiner, said Tracey Watson of the Georgia Department of Public Safety Public Information Office. Rodriguez was traveling north on U.S. 129/Cleveland Highway when, as he rounded a curve, the vehicle, possibly a Toyota SUV, traveled off the east shoulder of the road and went down an embankment, Georgia State Patrol spokesman Gordy Wright said.
