The exact scope of a Flowery Branch road project is still up in the air as city and county officials continue ironing out an intergovernmental agreement regarding financial responsibility. Flowery Branch City Council members approved an initial agreement with Hall County during the May 7 meeting, detailing improvements to be made at the intersection of McEver Road, Jim Crow Road and Gainesville Street. The primary draw of the agreement was to put in dedicated left-turn lanes at the intersection.
