A Gainesville man was arrested and charged Saturday with rape involving a 15-year-old, according to authorities. Nicklus Welsh, 22, was charged with rape and child molestation and booked into the Hall County Jail. Hall County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to Northeast Georgia Medical Center to a reported rape.
