Investigators served warrants on a Hall County man alleging six counts of child molestation while felony probation officers were also looking for him, according to authorities.
Hall County Sheriff’s Office Lt. Scott Ware said investigators obtained warrants on Bryan Gregory Fossier, 36, on four counts of aggravated child molestation and two counts of child molestation in a case involving a 14-year-old boy.
The investigation was a joint operation involving the sheriff’s office and Hall County Probation, Ware said.
“Probation officers had arrested Fossier on an outstanding probation warrant, prior to sheriff’s investigators serving him with the child molestation warrants. Fossier’s original charges included failure to register as a sex offender as well as aggravated assault,” Ware wrote in a news release.
Fossier is being held without bond at the Hall County Jail.
The case is still under investigation.
