A 92-unit assisted living and memory center at 2601 Thompson Bridge Road in Gainesville has a new owner, Roswell-based Phoenix Senior Living.

Lanier Lodge, which opened in 2016, will now be known as The Phoenix at Lake Lanier.

No physical changes are planned to the center, which overlooks the lake, but “we will be incorporating our training and programs into the community,” said Teri Marinko, Phoenix’s chief branding officer.

“Our Live Love Learn program, which is based on the Six Dimensions of Wellness, creates a very purposeful day for the residents each day,” Marinko said.

The wellness dimensions, as developed by the founder of National Wellness Institute, focus on the emotional, occupational, physical, social, intellectual and environmental.

Phoenix Senior Living operates senior living communities throughout the Southeast and has three communities under construction.

“We are excited to serve seniors, their families and the local community in Hall County and look forward to a strong partnership with the city of Gainesville,” CEO Jesse Marinko said.

The Phoenix at Lake Lanier can be reached at 678-971-1900.
