Firefighters worked Monday to extinguish a blaze at a home in northwest Hall County. The call came in at 9:39 a.m. for the 3400 block of Cook Road off Davis Bridge Road, according to Hall County Fire Chief David Kimbrell. The house was 80 percent involved when firefighters arrived.
