The Atlanta Falcons Youth Foundation has awarded a $400,000 youth fitness grant over three years to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Hall County.
The money is aimed to help the clubs improve fitness and provide nutritional education in Hall County.
The clubs will expand Falcons Fitness Zone programming to address child obesity.
“We are thrilled to be able to continue our relationship with the Atlanta Falcons Youth Foundation, which means providing more youth with Fit Zone programs which will promote health and wellness,” said Steven Mickens, chief professional officer of the Boys & Girls Clubs. “This partnership allows us to address the obesity problem facing our youth in a positive, fun atmosphere.”
