Kayla LaPerriere, general manager of the Olive Garden in Gainesville, has achieved parent company Darden Restaurants’ Diamond Club status. She joins a group of top-performing general managers recognized this year.

LaPerriere will celebrate her eighth year with the company in November.

“Kayla embodies our belief at Olive Garden that everyone who walks through our doors should be treated like family,” said Dave George, president of Olive Garden. “She demonstrates outstanding leadership of her restaurant, as well as passion for the Gainesville community, and I am proud to have her represent Olive Garden.”

This year, LaPerriere is one of 42 general managers selected from the more than 800 Olive Garden restaurants in North America.
