A Gainesville man’s case of alleged child molestation moved on to Superior Court after a committal hearing, according to court officials.

Gustavo Boyzo-Correa was charged with two counts of child molestation, according to the warrant.

He was being held in the Hall County Jail on a $33,200 bond and an immigration hold. The warrant alleges that Boyzo-Correa “did perform immoral and indecent acts” with a child between March 1, 2015, and Feb. 28, 2017, according to the warrant.

According to Magistrate Court officials, Boyzo-Correa had a committal hearing Friday morning, and the case was bound over to Superior Court.
