Cantrell, a poultry processing equipment sales and service company based in Gainesville, has introduced the new Cantrell CGH-9000 Gizzard Harvester to produce optimum yield while reducing water usage.

The CGH-9000 removes stomachs while splitting, peeling and cleaning up to 150 gizzards per minute. The gizzard recovery rate is more than 85 percent.

The company said the new machine only uses 25 to 35 gallons of water per minute and features a new design and stainless steel construction for trouble-free sanitation and maintenance.
