A judge set bond Monday at $10,000 for two Cumming men charged with aggravated assault after allegedly threatening customers when a dog belonging to one of the men bit a child earlier this month at a Gainesville pet store. Craig Wooke is out of jail on bond, and Darin Lee Dyer Jr. was still being held in Hall County Jail as of Tuesday afternoon, county records show. Police said a dog belonging to Wooke bit 6-year-old David Lane in the face March 16 at the PetSmart store on Dawsonville Highway when the boy tried to pet the dog.
