A bicyclist was taken to Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville on Monday after a collision with a car, the Georgia State Patrol said. David Michael Stephens, 23, of Gainesville turned into the path of a southbound vehicle about 4:20 p.m. while attempting to make a left turn on his bicycle from Georgia 11 onto Claude Peck Road, according to GSP. The vehicle was being driven by Hannah Fleming, age 18, from Gainesville. She was not injured and no charges were filed, the patrol said.
