Three women were charged with keeping a place of prostitution in two separate cases in Hall County, according to authorities.
Multi-Agency Narcotics Squad Lt. Don Scalia said the unit responded to complaints regarding people offering sexual acts in exchange for money.
The investigation culminated Nov. 26 with three arrests, one from a business in the 4800 block of Golden Parkway in Buford and two from a business in the 1700 block of Atlanta Highway in Gainesville.
Scalia was unsure of the names of the businesses.
Ning Escobar, 55, of Duluth, Kim Kwi Son Reese, 59, of Gainesville, and Hyun Ok Greaves, 61, of Gainesville were charged with keeping a place of prostitution.
Reese was additionally charged with prostitution, while Escobar faces charges of unlawful massage for lewdness and masturbation for hire.
Scalia said no further arrests are expected.
