Mr. and Mrs. Jorge Aguilar

Misty Dawn Berry and Jorge Luis Aguilar were united in marriage at 3:30 p.m. May 1, 2010, at PineIsle Pointe at Lake Lanier Islands in Buford. The bride is the daughter of Wanda Crumbley of Morganton and Kenneth and Deanna Crumbley of Alto. The groom is the son of Ofelia Aguliar of Gillsville.

The Rev. Matt Wilson performed the ceremony.

The bride was presented in marriage by her father. The bride’s friend Jennifer Couch of Oakwood was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were the bride’s friends Nicole Travis of Buford and Robin Watson of Maysville. The bride’s sister, Haily Crumbley of Alto, and the groom’s niece Savannah Aguilar of Ft. Knox, Ky., were the flower girls.

Groomsmen were the groom’s brother Jaime Aguilar of Gillsville, the groom’s friend MJ Watson of Maysville, the groom’s brothers Angel Aguilar of Gillsville and Vincente Aguilar of Ft. Knox. The groom’s nephew Christian Aguilar of Ft. Knox, was the ring bearer. Celita Fritch and Blair Simpson were the wedding coordinators. Candy Kemp kept the bride’s book.

The bride carried a six pence given to her by her grandmother.

The bride and groom gave a rehearsal dinner at La Parilla in Oakwood on the eve of the wedding and a reception at PineIsle at Lake Lanier Islands following the ceremony.

Following a honeymoon to Cancun, Mexico, the couple reside in Oakwood.
