West Hall High School graduate Zach English received a $2,500 scholarship from the H.O.P.E. Foundation. English, the former quarterback for the Spartans, was a regular volunteer with the annual Mom’s Dinner hosted by Coach Tony Lotti. Kathy and Lou DiCocco, directors of the nonprofit, presented English with the award.
