Doug and Lena Wilson of La Cygne, Kan., announce the engagement of their daughter Sarah E. Wilson to Joshua W. Gazaway, son of Nick and Libby Gazaway of Flowery Branch.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late George and Pat Aikman of Pittsburg, Kan., and the late Roland and Danna Wilson of Fort Scott, Kan.

She is a 2005 graduate of Prairie View High School in La Cygne, Kan. She graduated in 2010 from Georgia Institute of Technology with a bachelor's degree in international affairs. She is employed at Georgia Tech Christian Campus Fellowship in Atlanta.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Dot and Billy Corbin of Gainesville, George Gazaway of Dawsonville, and Shirley and Johnny Robinson of Oakwood.

He is a 2005 graduate of Johnson High School in Gainesville. He graduated in 2010 from Georgia Institute of Technology with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. He is employed as a mechanical sales engineer by Parker Engineering and Mechanical in Norcross.

The couple plan to wed June, 2012, in Tybee Island.
