Jim C. and Jan Kennedy of Gainesville announce the engagement of their daughter Erin Leigh Kennedy to Mark Andrew Biehler, son of Ned and Olga Biehler of Marietta.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Rebecca Black Booth of Gainesville and the late Joseph Carlton Booth Jr., and Mildred Bowen Kennedy of Gainesville and the late Fred McCall Kennedy Jr.

She is a 2000 graduate of North Hall High School in Gainesville. She graduated in 2004 from the University of West Georgia with a bachelor's degree in marketing. She is employed as a seventh-grade math teacher at Dickerson Middle School in Marietta.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Lillian Glenges of Marietta and the late Andrew Glenges, and Dorothy Biehler of Pensauken and the late Edward Biehler Sr.

He is a 1994 graduate of Walton High School in Marietta. He graduated in 1999 from Kent State University with a bachelor's degree in marketing. He is employed as a regional sales manager by AFM-Pegasus in Atlanta.

The couple plan to wed June 18, 2011, at Greek Orthodox Cathedral of the Annunciation in Atlanta.
