A Tony Award-winning comic musical about a union strike at a pajama factory will come to life at Gainesville High School.

The student actors will produce “The Pajama Game” featuring superintendent Sid Sorokin, union grievance committee leader Babe Williams and musical numbers such as “Steam Heat” and “Hernandos Hideaway.” The featured roles and numbers have been a leader among the choice for high school and community theaters everywhere.

“The Pajama Game” will be performed at 7:30 p.m. Dec. 8-10 at the Pam Ware Performing Arts Center, 830 Century Place, in Gainesville. Tickets are $8 for adults and $5 for students or seniors 65 and older.

Tickets can be purchased at the door at 6:30 p.m. from the box office. Or patrons can preordered tickets through ghstheatre@bellsouth.net with a name, the day desired and number of tickets. Allow for yo to 24 hours for email confirmation of ticket order.

Reserved tickets must be picked up by 7 p.m. on the night of the performance. All tickets are cash only.
