Kelley wins at Lanier National

Paul Kelley won his second straight ASA Southeast Asphalt Tour race with a victory in the Georgia Asphalt Series Independence Day 100 on July 3 in Lanier National Speedway. Kelley finished just 0.141 seconds ahead of runner-up Russell Fleeman, who finished second to Kelley in the previous reace.

Chase Elliott, son of NASCAR driver and Dawsonville native Bill Elliott, finished seventh. The Georgia Asphalt Series heads to Watermelon Capital Speedway in Cordele on July 18.
