White County High graduate Kevin Frederick recently signed as a preferred walk-on with the North Georgia & State University.

Frederick hit .400 three home runs and 31 runs scored and 16 stolen bases during his senior season with the Warriors.

Frederick is currently in Army Basic Training at Fort Benning in Columbus and will graduate July 30. Along with playing baseball, he will be a member of the Georgia Army National Guard.
