Here are results from the second round of the Region basketball tournaments held on Tuesday.

Region 7-AAA 

The East Hall Lady Vikings defeated the Flowery Branch Lady Falcons 39-26 at West Forsyth High.

The East Hall Vikings defeated the Lumpkin County Indians 76-40 at West Forsyth High.

Region 8-A 

The Lakeview Academy boys defeated Towns County 87-59 at Prince Avenue Christian School.
