S.C. prep star signs with Bulldogs

High school All-American lineman Kwame Geathers of Georgetown, S.C., signed a letter of intent to play football with the University of Georgia on Friday.

Geathers, brother of former Bulldog and current Cincinnati Bengal Robert Geathers, played high school football at Carvers Bay High in Georgetown, S.C., where recorded 130 tackles and seven sacks en route to All-America honors.

Geathers was also recently named defensive MVP of the Offense-Defense All-America Game after recording eight tackles and two sacks.
