Georgia baseball tops Le Moyne

The University of Georgia baseball team won its 13th straight game with a 13-5 win against LeMoyne on Tuesday at Foley Field in Athens.

The Bulldogs (13-0) had nine hits to score 10 of their 13 runs in the first four innings. Cecil Tanner picked up his second win of the year, pitching four innings with two unearned runs. Levi Hyams had two hits and Rich Poythress scored three runs for Georgia.

Georgia and LeMoyne will play the second game of the series at 5 p.m. today.
