Brian Sloan and Nath Morris might need to go back to school themselves to learn how to keep the senior citizen tax base from leaving Hall County. In reading about, hearing about, and talking about our school board’s opinions on ending the current school tax exemption for seniors who reach the age of 70, I can tell you that there is very little consensus among my senior acquaintances that this is a good idea.
