Update: Lanes reopen after car carrier fire blocked southbound I-985 traffic in Flowery Branch
An 18-wheeler caught fire on I-985 just south of Exit 12 on Wednesday, Sept. 9, blocking southbound traffic and causing backups, according to the Hall County Sheriff’s Office.
