The area around the Hall County courthouse has been reopened after a suspicious package found nearby led to road closures. Spring Street was closed between Main and Bradford streets around 2 p.m. while the package, a backpack under a bench, was checked out. With the county's bomb-sniffing dog unavailable due to training, a dog was brought in from Cherokee County to assist in the investigation.
