Chris Braswell, a veteran commercial real estate and economic development executive, has joined The Norton Agency as Vice President of Industrial Properties.
Braswell, who has had a Georgia real estate license since 1994, brings more than 30 years of experience to his new role. He most recently served as vice president with Presco Properties Inc. Braswell returns to The Norton Agency, having served as head of the company’s development division from 1994-2001.

Braswell will be responsible for coordinating Norton’s Industrial Brokerage Investments and Management Services throughout the company’s 22-county North Georgia service area.
Among his community leadership roles, Braswell serves as vice chairman of the Hall County Planning Commission and on the Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce’s Economic Development Council. He was the chamber’s 2012-2013 recipient of the W.G. Mealor Chairman’s Award for outstanding service to the organization and our community.
He and his wife Marie have been married for 33 years.
