Two subdivision plans featuring more than 150 lots each ran into opposition from neighbors and questions from the Hall County Planning Commission on Monday night. The planning board took up the issue of a 109.96-acre area of Buffington Farm Road at the intersection of Water Lily Drive. The plan from Green Implementation Group calls for 151 lots in the subdivision with homes at least 2,000 square feet in size, including 72 dock slips for Lake Lanier.
