Sheila Nicholas wasn’t simply an interested observer as Vice President Joe Biden announced Wednesday he won’t seek the 2016 Democratic presidential nomination. Nicholas, who chairs the Hall County Democratic Party, was part of the Draft Biden group, which had contacted her as late as Monday asking if she would be the state’s volunteer coordinator for Biden’s run. “I’m very disappointed,” Nicholas said.
