The Gainesville Planning and Appeals Board on Tuesday evening approved adding additional acreage to the corner lot at the intersection of Jesse Jewel Parkway and Queen City Parkway. That corner is currently for sale for commercial development by Prudential Georgia Realty. The property there is owned by Ila Jo Richards Purcell, administrator of the Richards Family Trust; Pauline and Ashlei Vickery, of Lavonia; and William and Jason Peck.
