A Clayton man is accused of exposing himself to a jogger at an East Hall Park, according to authorities.

Dover Nathan Welch, 76, was arrested Tuesday and charged with public indecency. He was booked in to the Hall County Jail, where he remains.

According to authorities, Welch was at Lula Park on Lula Road on Tuesday when he allegedly  “exposed himself to a female jogger,” Hall County Sheriff’s Office Lt. Scott Ware wrote in a news release.

“Sheriff’s deputies responded and arrested Welch without incident,” Ware said.
