Hall County Superior Court Judge Andrew Fuller denied a Gainesville man’s request to dismiss charges for two alleged attacks on homeless people. David William Keener, 50, who is believed by Gainesville Police to be homeless, was indicted on Sept. 23 on charges of aggravated assault and aggravated battery. The basis of the immunity plea concerns two alleged attacks on other homeless people.
