Anna and Mike Hewell

Anna Leigh Strzemienski and Mike Stephen Hewell were united in marriage at 6 p.m. June 19, 2010, at the Braselton-Stover House in Braselton. The bride is the daughter of Joseph and Wanda Strzemienski of Gainesville. The groom is the son of Frances and Donald Skelton of Hoschton and Steve Hewell of Gillsville.

The Rev. Sven Mossinger performed the ceremony. Vocalist Lisa Martin presented a program of wedding music.

The bride was presented in marriage by her father.

The bride's sister Amy Gillespie of Gillsville was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were the groom's sister Misty Gilbert of Jefferson and the bride's friends Erin Gunti of Tucker, Staci Parker of Canton, Elizabeth Ostolski of Decatur and Andrea Stell of Cumming.

The groom's son Ethan Hewell of Gainesville was the best man. Groomsmen were the groom's father Steve Hewell of Gillsville and the groom's friends Michael Cline and Jason Kimberly, both of Oakwood, Daniel Schmidt of Gainesville and Michael Woodruff of Dahlonega. Adam Strzemienski was an usher.

Mary Stover was the wedding coordinator.

The bride carried a handkerchief made from the hanky hat she wore as a newborn and wore her grandmother's diamond heart pendant.

The groom's mother and aunts gave a rehearsal dinner at the Hoschton Depot in Hoschton on the eve of the wedding.

The bride's parents gave a reception at the Braselton-Stover House following the ceremony.

Following a honeymoon to London, England, the couple reside in Gainesville.
