Victoria Jane McGinnis and Joseph Fred Daniel were united in marriage at 3 p.m. Dec. 1, 2007, at Grace Baptist Church in Flowery Branch. The bride is the daughter of Connie and Larry Knapp of Lula and David McGinnis of Lula. The groom is the son of Fred and Hazel Daniel of Gainesville.

The Rev. Mark Garrison performed the ceremony.

The bride was presented in marriage by her mother and stepfather. The bride’s friend Stephanie McNeal of Valdosta was matron of honor. The bride’s goddaughter Haley Goode of Gainesville was the junior bridesmaid. The bride’s cousin Katie Woodall of Central S.C., and the bride’s niece Destiny Brooks of Lula were the flower girls.

The groom’s son Brandon Daniel was the best man. Groomsmen were the groom’s brothers Shane Daniel of Oakwood and Dwayne Daniel of Flowery Branch.

The bride’s brothers Scott McGinnis and Dustin Knapp were ushers.

The bride wore a bracelet made with her grandparents’ wedding rings.

The family gave a reception at the church following the ceremony. Misty Freeman was the wedding coordinator.

Following a wedding trip to Gatlinburg, Tenn., the couple resides in Braselton.
