Nathan and Victoria Turk

Victoria Jane Campbell and Nathan Patrick Turk were united in marriage at 3 p.m. Oct. 8, 2011, at Berry College Chapel in Rome. The bride is the daughter of William and Anna Campbell of Rome. The groom is the son of Milton and Vikki Turk of Flowery Branch.

The Rev. Jason Willis and the Rev. Dee Hammond performed the ceremony. Pianist Emily Threlkeld, violinist Dick Tracey, soloists Marie Campbell and Ellen Alligood presented a program of wedding music.

The bride was presented in marriage by her parents. The bride’s sister Marie Campbell of Nashville, Tenn., was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were the bride’s friends Megan Talbert of Woodstock, Emily Brasher of Atlanta, Jennifer LeFevre of Gainesville, and Kristen Little of Savannah. The bride’s and groom’s friend Lillie Claire Espy was the flower girl.

The groom’s brother John Turk of Washington D.C., was the best man. Groomsmen were the bride’s brother Andrew Campbell of Rome, groom’s friends John Luke Whitmire of Dahlonega, Joe Ragusa of Athens, and Kyle Neely of Greenville, S.C.Beth Hackney was the wedding coordinator. Nicole Reed kept the bride’s book.

The bride wore her mother’s pearl earrings and carried her grandmother’s cameo pinned to her bouquet and her mother’s sixpence in her shoe.

The groom’s parents gave a rehearsal dinner at 333 on Broad in Rome, on the eve of the wedding.

The bride’s parents gave a reception at Ford Dining Hall at Berry College in Rome, following the ceremony.

Following a honeymoon to Tahiti and Moorea Island, the couple reside in Flowery Branch.
